Superdelegates and Increasing Productivity
We got our first Washington Superdelegate on board with our YES WA CAN campaign. Dwight Pelz, Washington State Democratic Central Committee Chairman is our most recent Washington State Superdelegate to support Obama and he showed up to our watch party/button making event last week. Dwight is now wearing one of our YES WA CAN buttons and is also distributing our buttons as well. I’ve got buttons waiting for you David McDonald, Rick Larsen, Eileen Macoll, Ed Cote, and Sharon Mast. Hint, hint, hint!
Oh, and we finally bought a button circle cutter from ButtonMakers.net so things just got much more productive on the button making front! I will actually miss cutting out the buttons by hand. There is something quite meditative about cutting them out by hand. However, you can only cut so many out by hand before your hand starts to cramp up.
